Send your request from the email address associated with your Bibliocards account. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting the account.
Request account deletionIf the button does not open your email app, write to [email protected] with the subject “Bibliocards account deletion request”.
We delete your account and its associated personal data, including your profile information, collections, and binders.
We will acknowledge your request promptly and complete it within one month, unless a longer period is permitted by law. If that happens, we will let you know.
We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the security of Bibliocards and its users.
In Bibliocards, open Settings and select “Delete my account”. This action is irreversible.
